As such, it can be prudent to state that studying or monitoring a player’s sleep habits can help predict their performance levels and longevity of their professional career.


  • Dizziness and Nausea




As an athlete, there are several things that you need to take care of, especially when you are in the field and your game is just about to start. A lot of sleep-deprived players reported that they felt dizzy and nauseous on the field and it was all so messed up in their head, they weren’t able to focus and concentrate on their game and things weren’t well for them.
